INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass with ice water, then discard the ice water before using the glass.
  2. 2.Into a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso base.
  3. 3.Add 20ml fresh lemon juice.
  4. 4.Add 15ml simple syrup.
  5. 5.Add 1 egg white for foam.
  6. 6.Shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the ingredients.
  7. 7.Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  8. 8.Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
  9. 9.Let the foam settle for 30 seconds.
