- 4.Add 15ml simple syrup.
- 5.Add 1 egg white for foam.
- 6.Shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the ingredients.
- 7.Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 8.Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
- 9.Let the foam settle for 30 seconds.
