- 1.Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- 2.Shake a 100ml can of Oroma Espresso well before opening.
- 3.In a shaker, pour the 100ml of Oroma Espresso.
- 4.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 5.Pour in 15ml of elderflower liqueur.
- 6.Add a splash of soda water (10ml).
- 7.Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- 9.Remove the martini glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the glass.
- 10.Serve immediately.
