INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice and cold water.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Espresso from the can.
  4. 4.Add 20ml fresh lemon juice.
  5. 5.Add 15ml simple syrup.
  6. 6.Add one egg white for froth and texture.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain to remove the ice.
  8. 8.Dry shake for another 10 seconds to fully emulsify the egg white and achieve the signature frothy top.
  9. 9.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  10. 10.Garnish with a lemon twist, placing it on the rim of the glass.
  11. 11.Optional: Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the frothy top for a pop of flavor.
