- 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 3.Add 15ml of vanilla syrup to the shaker for a sweet infusion.
- 4.Squeeze in the juice of half a fresh lemon for a refreshing twist.
- 5.Drop 5 fresh mint leaves into the shaker for a touch of spring freshness.
- 6.Shake well for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- 7.Remove the highball glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the glass.
- 8.Top with 50ml of club soda to add a sparkling fizz.
