- 1.Chill a rocks glass with ice and set aside.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso (Espresso Martini & Carajillo mix, 16% Alc. By Vol.) into a cocktail shaker.
- 3.Add 15ml of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml of simple syrup into the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml of Amaretto to the shaker for a nutty sweetness.
- 6.Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass with fresh ice.
