The Espresso Tonic Tango is a sophisticated blend of coffee and tonic water, enhanced by minty freshness and zesty lime aromas. Oroma Carajillo base serves as the star, providing a dark, rich body that pairs beautifully with the effervescence of premium tonic water.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Shake 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base can with ice in a cocktail shaker to ensure it’s thoroughly chilled and slightly diluted.
  3. 3.In a separate container, gently bruise 3-4 fresh mint leaves to release their oils, then add them to the shaker.
  4. 4.Strain and discard the ice from the chilled coupe glass.
  5. 5.Fine strain the Oroma Carajillo mixture into the chilled coupe glass, leaving the mint leaves behind in the shaker.
  6. 6.Carefully pour 60ml of premium tonic water over the back of a spoon held just above the drink's surface to float the tonic gently on top of the espresso.
  7. 7.Using a microplane, grate a small pinch of lime zest over the drink to garnish and provide a fresh aroma.
  8. 8.Serve immediately, and enjoy the refreshing strength of Espresso Tonic Tango.

Serve chilled in a coupe glass to enjoy the aromatic interplay between the coffee and tonic water. The lime zest garnish adds a vibrant nose, while the mint subtly enhances the freshness of the drink.
