INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill the Highball glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes halfway.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso Base from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml Fernet Branca.
  5. 5.Add 15ml sweet vermouth.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  7. 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled Highball glass over fresh ice cubes.
  8. 8.Top the drink with a splash of chilled soda water, about 30ml.
  9. 9.Lightly stir the drink to mix all layers thoroughly.
  10. 10.Serve immediately for a bold and classic winter digestif experience.
