- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso from the can into a shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml coffee liqueur into the shaker.
- 5.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy, about 15-20 seconds.
- 6.Discard the ice from the chilled martini glass.
- 7.Strain the mixture into the martini glass using a fine strainer for a velvety texture.
- 8.Gently float the heavy cream over the drink by pouring it over the back of a spoon just above the surface.
