The Espresso Velvet Sour is a sophisticated cocktail that blends the boldness of espresso with the tanginess of lemon and a smooth, velvety texture from egg white. This drink harmonizes bitter, sweet, and sour notes for a balanced and elevated sipping experience.

- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 15 minutes before use.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso (the base for our drink), ensuring it's freshly opened for a brisk aroma.
- 3.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice for that signature sour style.
- 4.Pour in 20ml of simple syrup, made from equal parts sugar and water, to balance the flavors.
- 5.Crack open a large egg and gently separate the white. Add the egg white to the shaker for a silky texture.
- 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled, approximately 20 seconds.
- 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass using both the shaker strainer and a fine mesh sieve.
- 8.Admire the creamy froth settling on top and serve immediately.
