- 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo, 20ml of Campari, and 30ml of sweet vermouth.
- 3.Add ice to the shaker, ensuring it's filled up to halfway.
- 4.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 5.Empty the martini glass if you used ice water, and strain the mixture into it.
- 6.Top with a dash of aromatic bitters to enhance the bitterness.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a chilled martini glass for optimal taste and temperature. Garnish with an orange twist to enhance the citrus aroma, and a single coffee bean for a visual nod to its coffee base.
