INSTRUCTIONS

  2. 2.Add 100ml Oroma Espresso to a cocktail shaker.
  3. 3.Pour 25ml fresh lemon juice into the shaker.

  5. 5.Crack an egg and carefully separate the white, adding it to the shaker for a silky texture.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to chill the mixture and combine flavors.
  8. 8.Strain out the ice and shake again for 30 seconds for a creamy texture.
  9. 9.Dump the ice water from the margarita glass, then strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
