INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a margarita glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
  2. 2.Add ice cubes into a cocktail shaker until it's three-quarters full.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso (from the premixed can) into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of simple syrup (made by dissolving equal parts sugar and water).
  6. 6.Add 15ml of orange liqueur for a citrusy kick.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill all ingredients.
  8. 8.Remove ice from the margarita glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  9. 9.Serve immediately as a refreshing aperitif.
