INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso.
  3. 3.Add 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. 4.Pour in 15ml of homemade honey syrup (1:1 honey to water).
  5. 5.Add 10ml of egg white or aquafaba for froth.
  6. 6.Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to mix and aerate.
  8. 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
