- 1.Chill a coupe glass.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso.
- 3.Add 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 4.Pour in 15ml of homemade honey syrup (1:1 honey to water).
- 5.Add 10ml of egg white or aquafaba for froth.
- 6.Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
- 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to mix and aerate.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
