The Frosted Spanish Aurora is a luscious and creamy cocktail that blends together Oroma Carajillo and Irish cream liqueur, with a hint of vanilla sweetness. This layered treat is topped off with a cool float of heavy cream, providing a velvety finish.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill the rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 50ml of Irish cream liqueur.
  5. 5.Measure and add 15ml of vanilla syrup.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  7. 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass.
  8. 8.Top with 20ml of chilled heavy cream, gently layering using the back of a spoon.
