- 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes or by filling it with ice water while preparing the drink.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine the contents of 1 can (100ml) of Oroma Espresso (16% Alc. By Vol.).
- 3.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.
- 4.Include 20ml of simple syrup made by dissolving equal parts of sugar and water until clear.
- 5.Fill the shaker with ice until it is 2/3 full.
- 6.Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill them.
- 7.Remove the chilled margarita glass from the freezer or empty it of any ice water.
- 8.Strain the cocktail mixture into the margarita glass.
- 9.Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the edge of the glass for a citrus aroma and presentation.
