- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Add 100ml Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 4.Pour in 20ml maple syrup for a touch of autumn sweetness.
- 5.Add 10ml hazelnut liqueur to enhance the nutty notes.
- 6.Measure 15ml heavy cream and gently layer it over the liquid inside the shaker.
- 7.Shake well until the mixture is chilled and the cream is slightly frothed.
- 8.Empty the coupe glass of any ice or water, if used for chilling.
