- 2.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 3.Add 60ml of fresh pineapple juice.
- 4.Add 30ml of coconut cream.
- 5.Add 15ml of passion fruit syrup.
- 6.Add 10ml of fresh lime juice.
- 7.Shake well until chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over ice.
- 9.Top with 60ml of sparkling water.
