INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the refrigerator.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Carajillo (already with premixed vodka and espresso) with 20ml Campari and 10ml vermouth dry.
  3. 3.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. 4.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  5. 5.Slowly float 30ml tonic water over the back of a spoon into the glass to create layers.
Serving Suggestions
