- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the refrigerator.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Carajillo (already with premixed vodka and espresso) with 20ml Campari and 10ml vermouth dry.
- 3.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- 4.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- 5.Slowly float 30ml tonic water over the back of a spoon into the glass to create layers.
