INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the refrigerator or fill it with ice while preparing the drink.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 1 Oroma Carajillo base (100ml can).
  3. 3.Add 20ml coconut cream to the shaker for a tropical touch.
  4. 4.Squeeze and add the juice of half a fresh lime (approximately 15ml) to add freshness and zing.
  5. 5.Add 10ml of passionfruit syrup to infuse sweet and tangy notes.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  7. 7.Discard the ice from the coupe glass if chilled, or retrieve the glass from the fridge.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer for a smooth finish.
