- 1.Chill a highball glass in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
- 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of coconut cream to the shaker.
- 5.Squeeze 15ml of fresh lime juice into the shaker.
- 6.Add 15ml of pineapple juice to the shaker.
- 7.Pour 10ml of simple syrup into the shaker.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well chilled and combined.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass over fresh ice cubes.
