The Island Espresso Martini combines the boldness of a classic espresso martini with tropical twists from coconut and pineapple flavors. This rich, creamy cocktail offers a delightful balance between coffee intensity and a smooth, tropical sweetness, topped with a hint of nutmeg.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice cubes. Set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml Oroma Espresso base from the can.
  3. 3.Add 30ml coconut rum to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 15ml pineapple syrup to the mixture.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of coconut cream.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
  7. 7.Discard the ice from the coupe glass and double strain the mixture into the glass.
  8. 8.Top the drink with freshly grated nutmeg.
