INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Prepare a tropical fruit rim by zesting half a lime into a bowl with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well.
  3. 3.Remove the martini glass from the freezer, then gently run the other half of the lime around the rim of the glass.
  4. 4.Dip the rim into the sugar-lime zest mixture, ensuring an even coating.
