Island Noir is a tropical delight blending the deep coffee notes of Oroma Espresso with a hint of coconut and a splash of passion fruit. The drink is lightly sweetened with syrup and given additional depth from dark rum, creating a perfectly balanced cocktail.

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso into a shaker.
- 2.Add 15ml coconut liqueur.
- 3.Add 10ml passion fruit syrup.
- 4.Add 5ml dark rum.
- 5.Add 3 ice cubes.
- 6.Shake well until chilled.
- 7.Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
