- 1.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can to a shaker.
- 2.Add 30ml of coconut milk to the shaker.
- 3.Pour 15ml of passionfruit syrup into the shaker.
- 4.Squeeze in 10ml of fresh lime juice.
- 5.Add ice to the shaker until three-quarters full.
- 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
- 7.Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the highball glass.
- 9.Top with 20ml of soda water, stirring gently to mix.
Enjoy the 'Island Twilight' with plenty of ice in a highball glass, garnished with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes for a tropical aroma. Best sipped on a warm day, or served as a sundowner to capture the essence of an island getaway.
