INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  2. 2.Shake the can of Oroma Espresso to mix it thoroughly.
  3. 3.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  4. 4.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 20ml of coconut cream to the shaker.
  6. 6.Measure and pour 15ml of pineapple juice into the shaker for a tropical touch.
  7. 7.Add a splash of vanilla syrup, approximately 10ml, to the mix.
  8. 8.Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch, about 15 seconds.
  9. 9.Empty the coupe glass of ice or water if you were chilling it, then strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
