- 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Espresso (premixed vodka espresso martini).
- 3.Add 15ml Campari for bitterness.
- 4.Squeeze a twist of lemon peel over the shaker and add it to the mix.
- 5.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- 6.Remove the highball glass from the freezer and add one large ice cube.
- 7.Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- 8.Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a thin slice of blood orange on the rim.
