INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of fresh lemon juice.
  4. 4.Include 15ml of rich Demerara syrup.
  5. 5.Crack open an egg and add the white.
  6. 6.Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
  7. 7.Fill the shaker with ice.
  8. 8.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a foam.
  9. 9.Strain into the chilled rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.
  10. 10.Let the foam settle on top.
