- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
- 3.Add 30ml of fresh lemon juice.
- 4.Include 15ml of rich Demerara syrup.
- 5.Crack open an egg and add the white.
- 6.Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a foam.
- 9.Strain into the chilled rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.
- 10.Let the foam settle on top.
