- 4.Add 25ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- 5.Include 20ml simple syrup in the mix.
- 6.Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
- 7.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until chilled and well mixed.
- 8.Remove rocks glass from the freezer and fill with fresh ice cubes.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
