- 4.Add 25ml of cold-brew coffee for an extra coffee depth.

- 6.Pour in 15ml of orange bitters for a bright, aromatic twist.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 8.Remove the coupe glass from the freezer or discard the ice if used for chilling.
- 9.Strain the shaker's contents into the chilled coupe glass carefully.
- 10.Allow a small amount of foam from the shaken drink to rest on top for presentation.
