- 2.Shake one can (100ml) of Oroma Carajillo vigorously in a cocktail shaker filled with ice until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
- 3.Strain the chilled Oroma Carajillo into the prepared coupe glass.
- 4.Slowly drizzle 10ml of honey syrup (made from equal parts honey and water) over the top to add sweetness.
- 5.Top with 30ml of cold sparkling water to add a light fizz.
