  3. 3.Add 50ml of heavy cream to the shaker.

  6. 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
  7. 7.Remove the highball glass from the freezer.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass.
