- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and letting it sit.
- 2.In a mixing glass, pour 100ml Oroma Espresso, ensuring it’s well-mixed before opening.
- 3.Add 30ml aged dark rum to the mixing glass.
- 4.Measure 10ml elderflower liqueur and pour it in.
- 5.Add a dash of aromatic bitters.
- 6.Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir thoroughly for 15-20 seconds.
- 7.Strain the mixture into the prepared, chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
