- 2.Remove the chilled rocks glass and add ice cubes, filling it halfway.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso, ensuring it's chilled from the fridge, over the ice.
- 4.Slowly add 30ml of Irish cream liqueur to create a velvety texture.
- 5.In a separate shaker, blend 10ml of maple syrup with a splash of cinnamon extract.
- 6.Gently pour the blended mixture over the drink, creating a layered effect.
- 7.Top with a float of heavy cream, approximately 15ml, gently drizzled to sit on the surface.
