Nightfall Nectar is a vibrant cocktail that combines the smooth richness of Oroma Carajillo and Amaretto with the sweet undertone of vanilla, balanced by the tartness of fresh orange juice. Its fizzy top of sparkling water adds an invigorating touch, making it a delightful and refreshing choice for evening occasions.

- 1.Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 2.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can to the shaker.
- 3.Pour 15ml of Amaretto liqueur into the shaker.
- 4.Add 20ml of vanilla syrup to the mix.
- 5.Squeeze 15ml of fresh orange juice and add to the shaker.
- 6.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
- 7.Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 8.Top off with 30ml of sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a chilled highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with an orange wheel and cherry. Enjoy on a warm evening, ideally paired with light snacks or dessert.
