- 1.Chill a highball glass with ice cubes and set aside.
- 2.Take a shaker and fill it with ice.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso, straight from the can, into the shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml of Campari to the shaker.
- 5.Measure and pour 10ml of Fernet-Branca into the mix.
- 6.Add 5ml of rich simple syrup (2:1 ratio sugar to water) into the shaker.
- 7.Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- 8.Empty the ice from the chilled highball glass.
- 9.Strain the contents of the shaker into the highball glass.
- 10.Finish with a barspoon float of extra-dry sherry on top.
- 11.Serve immediately to preserve the balance of coldness and the bitter profile.
