- 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water, then set aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso, ensuring it’s well chilled.
- 3.Add 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker for the sour profile.
- 4.Measure and add 15ml of simple syrup to balance the acidity.
- 5.Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the ingredients and give a good texture.
- 6.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled and the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass to remove any ice shards or pulp.
- 8.For garnish, carefully float three coffee beans on top to enhance the espresso aroma and as a nod to tradition.
