The Papagayo Espresso Martini is a tropical twist on a classic, marrying the rich, dark flavors of Oroma Carajillo with creamy coconut and refreshing pineapple juice. A float of spiced rum gives it a warm, complex finish, making it a perfect escape in a glass.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes or filling it with ice water and setting aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml Oroma Carajillo.
  3. 3.Add 15ml coconut cream for a creamy tropical touch.
  4. 4.Pour in 20ml fresh pineapple juice to add a refreshing zing.
  5. 5.Add a few ice cubes to the shaker to cool down the mixture.
  6. 6.Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  7. 7.Empty the ice or water from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
  8. 8.Float 10ml of a good quality spiced rum on top for a layered aroma.
  9. 9.Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical escape.
