- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes or filling it with ice water and setting aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml Oroma Carajillo.
- 3.Add 15ml coconut cream for a creamy tropical touch.
- 4.Pour in 20ml fresh pineapple juice to add a refreshing zing.
- 5.Add a few ice cubes to the shaker to cool down the mixture.
- 6.Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
- 7.Empty the ice or water from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
- 8.Float 10ml of a good quality spiced rum on top for a layered aroma.
- 9.Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical escape.
