The Passioned Nightfall is a tropical and fruity cocktail blending Oroma Carajillo with exotic flavors of coconut, pineapple, and passion fruit. Its vibrant character is uplifted by a splash of tonic water, offering a refreshing twist.

- 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water. Discard the ice water after chilling.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of coconut water to the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml of pineapple juice.
- 6.Add 10ml of passion fruit syrup.
- 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- 9.Top with 30ml of tonic water gently stirred into the drink.
