- 1.Take a Highball glass and fill it halfway with crushed ice.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base into the glass.
- 3.Add 50ml of coconut cream, ensuring it is well-mixed and smooth.
- 4.Gently pour 30ml of pineapple juice over the back of a spoon to create a layer over the Carajillo and coconut mix.
- 5.Top with 10ml of passionfruit syrup to enhance the tropical aroma.
- 6.Stir gently to mix the flavors without disturbing the layers too much.
- 7.Place a sprig of mint on the side of the glass for aroma.
