INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and water; set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes to fill half of the shaker.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of coffee liqueur to the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 20ml of vanilla syrup to the shaker.
  6. 6.Add 10ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy, about 20 seconds.
  8. 8.Dump the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
  9. 9.Top with a fine layer of raw sugar evenly over the surface.
  10. 10.Using a culinary torch, carefully caramelize the sugar to create a brûlée crust.
  11. 11.Serve immediately and enjoy the Shaken Espresso Vodka Brûlée.
