INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Take the highball glass out of the freezer and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour the 100ml can of Oroma Espresso over the ice in the glass.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of freshly squeezed pineapple juice to the glass.
  5. 5.Gently float 20ml of coconut rum on top of the mixture.
  6. 6.Drop in 10ml of passion fruit syrup for a hint of sweet tartness.
  7. 7.Give the drink a slight stir with a cocktail stirrer to layer the flavors without fully mixing them.
  8. 8.Place a few tropical edible flowers delicately on top for aesthetic flair.
