  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to ensure it is ice-cold.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, using around 5-6 cubes.
  3. 3.Pour in 100ml Oroma Carajillo directly from the can.
  4. 4.Add 25ml fresh lemon juice into the shaker to introduce the tart sour profile.
  5. 5.Include 15ml homemade cinnamon-infused simple syrup to impart fall spice.
  6. 6.Add 10ml Amaretto liqueur for a nutty, complex finish.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds, until the shaker is chilled to the touch.
  8. 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass, filled with one large clear ice cube.
  9. 9.Garnish with a freshly peeled twist of lemon for a citrusy aroma.
