INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Remove the chilled glass from the freezer.
  3. 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the rocks glass.
  4. 4.Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass.
  5. 5.Measure 15ml of honey syrup and pour it into the mix. To prepare honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and warm water until smooth.
  6. 6.Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
  7. 7.Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  8. 8.Stir gently for about 10 seconds until well combined and chilled.
  9. 9.Strain into the chilled rocks glass over a fresh set of ice cubes.
