- 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the rocks glass.
- 4.Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass.
- 5.Measure 15ml of honey syrup and pour it into the mix. To prepare honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and warm water until smooth.
- 6.Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
- 7.Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- 8.Stir gently for about 10 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- 9.Strain into the chilled rocks glass over a fresh set of ice cubes.
