INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of Campari for a touch of bitterness.
  4. 4.Add 10ml of elderflower syrup to introduce a floral sweetness.
  5. 5.Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty to touch.
  6. 6.Remove highball glass from the freezer.
  7. 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass.
  8. 8.Top with 50ml of chilled tonic water for a refreshing effervescence.
