INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water, then discard before making the drink.
  2. 2.Fill the rocks glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour the contents of one Oroma Espresso can (100ml) into the glass over the ice.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of fresh grapefruit juice to balance the bold espresso flavors.
  5. 5.Introduce 15ml of elderflower syrup for a floral note.
  6. 6.Pour 60ml of soda water to add a fizzy effervescence and lift the flavors.
  7. 7.Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine all the elements, taking care not to lose too much fizz.
  8. 8.Garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel resting on the ice for a refreshing aroma and visual appeal.
