The Starry Night Bitter is a sophisticated concoction perfect for those who relish a bitter yet aromatic experience. This drink brings together the rich essence of Oroma Espresso with the unmistakable boldness of Campari and the herbal complexity of Fernet-Branca, rounded out with a hint of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

Oroma EspressoCampariFernet-BrancaSimple syrupOrange bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice and water for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Add ice to a mixing glass.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso directly from the can into the mixing glass.
  4. 4.Add 30ml Campari for bitterness.
  5. 5.Add 10ml of Fernet-Branca for an herbal, complex note.
  6. 6.Add 5ml of simple syrup to balance the bitterness.
  7. 7.Stir gently for 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
  8. 8.Discard ice from rocks glass, or retrieve it from the freezer, making sure it is very cold.
  9. 9.Strain the mixed drink into the chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  10. 10.Spray with two dashes of orange bitters on top of the drink.
Serving Suggestions

Serve the Starry Night Bitter in a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube, ideal for sipping slowly. Garnish with an orange twist and a few coffee beans for an added aromatic dimension.
