The Starry Night Bitter is a sophisticated concoction perfect for those who relish a bitter yet aromatic experience. This drink brings together the rich essence of Oroma Espresso with the unmistakable boldness of Campari and the herbal complexity of Fernet-Branca, rounded out with a hint of sweetness.
INGREDIENTS

- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice and water for a few minutes.
- 2.Add ice to a mixing glass.
- 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso directly from the can into the mixing glass.
- 4.Add 30ml Campari for bitterness.
- 5.Add 10ml of Fernet-Branca for an herbal, complex note.
- 6.Add 5ml of simple syrup to balance the bitterness.
- 7.Stir gently for 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- 8.Discard ice from rocks glass, or retrieve it from the freezer, making sure it is very cold.
- 9.Strain the mixed drink into the chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 10.Spray with two dashes of orange bitters on top of the drink.
