INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass in the freezer while preparing the drink.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 15ml Campari for the bitter element.
  5. 5.Pour in 15ml Cynar to deepen the bitterness.
  6. 6.Squeeze and add 10ml fresh orange juice to balance the flavors with subtle sweetness.
  7. 7.Add 5ml simple syrup for a touch of smoothness.
  8. 8.Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosted.
  9. 9.Remove the martini glass from the freezer and strain the mix into it.
