- 1.Chill the highball glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare other components.
- 2.In a shaker, combine 1 can (100ml) of Oroma Espresso with 30ml coconut milk.
- 3.Add 10ml pineapple juice and a splash of passionfruit syrup (5ml) into the shaker.
- 4.Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled and well mixed.
- 5.Discard the ice or water from the chilled highball glass.
- 6.Pour the shaken mixture into the highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 7.Top with 30ml sparkling water for effervescence.
- 8.Serve immediately.
Serve immediately over fresh ice in a chilled highball glass. Enhance the tropical aesthetic with a pineapple slice or sprinkle a few passionfruit seeds on top as garnishes. This cocktail is best enjoyed poolside or as a sun-drenched afternoon delight.
