The Sunrise Spur is a visually striking cocktail that combines the rich coffee notes of Oroma Carajillo with the sweet and nutty flavors of vanilla and Amaretto. Fresh orange juice and a dramatic grenadine layer evoke the beauty of a morning sunrise.

- 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice water, then set it aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo, 30ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 20ml vanilla syrup, and 15ml Amaretto liqueur.
- 3.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 4.Discard the ice water from the highball glass and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass filled with fresh ice.
- 5.Slowly pour 10ml grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered effect at the bottom.
