The Sunset Caravan is a layered tropical cocktail that combines the bold complexity of Oroma Carajillo and spiced rum with the creamy sweetness of coconut and a hint of pineapple. It offers a visual treat with its distinct layers and a tantalizing aroma of cinnamon.

- 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Remove the rocks glass and add a large ice sphere.
- 3.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' into the glass over the ice sphere.
- 4.Add 20ml of fresh coconut cream, stirring gently to mix.
- 5.Slowly pour 20ml of spiced rum over the back of a spoon to layer the drink.
- 6.Add a splash of fresh pineapple juice (approximately 10ml) on top.
- 7.Lightly dust with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
